How long is your shipping time?
In stock orders ship within 2-3 business days. Pre-Sales ship within 1-2 business days from the eta to us originally posted in the pre-sale information.
Where is my order coming from?
Mia Mella is owned and operated out of Southern California
I only received part of my order, where are my other items?
Because we work with several different wholesalers, some of our items may occasionally ship separately at no extra cost to you. But do not worry if you’ve only received part of your order, the rest is on it’s way!
Is my personal and payment information secure?
Yes! Our website is powered by Shopify, which guarantees protection for all people involved. Your personal information will not be shared, sold, or used for any other method than fulfilling and shipping your order, and getting in touch with you if necessary.
How do I track my order?
When your item(s) ship, you will be sent an email letting you know which item(s) has/have shipped, and it will include a tracking number. If your information does not show up immediately, please give it time for the tracking number to sync with your item and update in the system.
If your item has not given an update in a few days, don’t worry! Because some of our items come from overseas, they may just be taking their first plane ride!
Returns/Exchanges
Shopping for clothes online can be scary which is why we offer size measurements on all womens clothing, true to size items on childrens always and do our best to provide photos of our product on models when the option is available. But occasionally, sometimes something just doesn't work or defects happen and I get that and strive to come to solutions that are fair to my customers and me as a small business owner!
I offer full refunds on any manufacturer defective item up to 7 business days after your order has been processed for pick up or 5 business days from the day you have received for shipments. Send a picture of the defect and well get you taken care of.
I will accept refunds/exchanges (less shipping charges original and return) 3 business days after item has been processed for local pick up or from the date of delivery for shipments. Buyer is responsible for shipment/return back within 7 business days of the date refund request initiated.
Refunds/exchanges are not accepted on any sale or clearance items.
