Make Your Own Coloring Sheets ~ Mother's Day
Hey Girlfriend,
Look at these adorable coloring sheets I whipped up for my baseball littles to color and give to their mamas! Interested in making your own coloring sheets, read on!
I'm not sure what it is about 2019 but it's starting to feel like my calendar is measured less and less by the days of the week and more and more by the next upcoming holiday or event for our family. Suddenly, Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays don't exist but Game Days or Non Game days do. I'm measuring length of time out not as "next week" but as "5 days until Mother's Day". Is this a thing? You can tell me, am I just losing my marbles? It was bound to happen but I'd sure like to know if its happening right this moment or if I've got some time left before I hit totally crazy.
I should say though, I am a procrastinator to a core. Seriously, look up hot mess mama and urban dictionary will have a photo of me...It's blurry (cause I rushed in at the last minute). See what I did there? So smooth. Anyways, that's probably why my internal calendar is always running on what is the next thing I absolutely need to know and do or get to. I'm always looking for a short cut but there's one little extra flaw with me. When the perfection gods put me together, they said "Don't just make a crazy hot mess that can't keep time to save her life, throw in the element of overextending detail freak." I overextend and it's just how I function or malfunction, however you wanna look at it.
One thing I added to my already very full plate this year was "Team Mom". Can I be honest with you, I am 100% faking it until I make it and there's a lot more faking than making going on. If your kids are on a sports team, go hug your team mom, it is so much more than I ever thought it was going to be and while I'm sure now that I've got a season under my belt it will get easier from here I don't think the chaos every really goes away!
Anyways, enough about me SERIOUSLY! On to the totally FREE Mothers Day Card Idea. Okay when I say free, I'm assuming you guys are going to overlook adding up the cost of ink and a piece of paper from your printer. I wanted to give the boys on our team a little something to give their mamas for all their time getting them to games and practices and snack duty but this is great whether your handing them off to a sports team or just to your kiddos to print for You, Grandma, birthday cards or even every day coloring.
I knew how to make coloring sheets in Photoshop but I wanted a way for all my girlfriends to do it to without needing to purchase any editing programs so here is your quick and super easy 5 step guide to making your own printable coloring sheets!
